MSI India today launched a slew of laptops in India that are powered by the all-new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series GPUs and up to 13th Gen Intel Core HX series processors. To ensure full performance, all heat pipes have been redesigned as shared pipes, dedicated pipes, and VRAM-exclusive pipes.
Furthermore, MSI’s GeForce RTX 40 Series laptops, from the high-end Titan series to the entry-level gaming Katana series, incorporate the MUX design to enable Discrete Graphics Mode activation via MSI Center, releasing even more GPU power.
MSI’s premium gaming laptops, including the Raider GE, Vector GP, and Stealth series, feature a 16:10 QHD+ 240Hz refresh rate display and a futuristic translucent keycap.
MSI Titan GT series/ Raider GE series/ Vector GP series:
The new MSI Titan GT and Raider GE series laptops support up to i9-13980HX processors and up to GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPUs, as well as the exclusive MSI OverBoost Ultra technology, which pushes the processors and graphics to 250W total full power or 5.2GHz frequency across 8 P-cores depending on workload.
The Titan GT has the world’s first 4K/144Hz Mini LED display, with over 1000 nits of peak brightness and over 1000 local-dimming zones, while the Raider GE has a 16:10 QHD+ 240Hz display.
The Raider GE series features a new chassis with a fancier, more futuristic matrix light bar. Similarly, the Vector GP series, with its sleek new design that is low on bulk but high on performance, has established itself as the go-to option for professionals in STEM and engineering.
These laptops also have a new Share Pipe design, which includes heat pipes connected to both the CPU and GPU to help improve thermal capability under extreme loads.
MSI Stealth Series
The new Stealth series laptops are equipped with up to a 13th generation Intel Core i9 processor and an RTX 4090 GPU. These laptops come in sizes ranging from 14, 15, 16, and 17 inches. The NVIDIA Studio validated Stealth 17/16/14 studio laptops meet a variety of needs in gaming and content creation.
Notably, the Stealth 15 features a revolutionary high refresh rate OLED display with 240Hz and a response time of less than 0.2 ms. It also supports a DCI-P3 color gamut of 100%.
On the laptops, the NVIDIA Max-Q suite of technologies optimizes system performance, power, battery life, and acoustics for maximum efficiency. The Stealth series provides powerful performance in a slim package.
MSI Cyborg/ Pulse/ Katana/ Sword series
MSI has also unveiled the Cyborg 15 series of entry-level gaming laptops. It has a futuristic translucent chassis design that allows you to see the mechanical and electrical parts through it. The new CPU & GPU Shared-Pipe design is also available in this series.
MSI has upgraded the graphics and processors in their best-selling gaming series, Katana, Sword, and Pulse, making them more powerful and better suited to modern games. In addition, the MUX switch can be purchased for use with the Pulse, Katana, and Sword. Gameplay can be optimized for either hybrid or discrete graphics by using the MSI Center.
The Katana Series is equipped with a 4-Zone RGB Keyboard with the lightened WASD and specially designed keycaps. Audio experience can be enhanced with Nahimic in-game 3D surround and Sound Sharing via Bluetooth.
The new Pulse series of laptops comes with a stronger Sci-fi style outlook. These also have 4-Zone RGB gaming keyboard with number-pad, Cooler Boost 5 Technology and more.
MSI Creator Z series
Creators concentrated The Creator Z17 HX Studio and Creator Z16 HX Studio are equipped with top 13th generation Intel HX series processors and have been certified by NVIDIAStudio. These also support the MSI Pen 2, which features MPP2.6 Technology, 4096 pressure levels, and haptic feedback.
MSI Prestige Series
The new Prestige 14 Evo and Prestige 16 Evo support up to the most recent Intel Core i7 H series processor, providing users with a lightweight yet powerful experience. While the Prestige 16 Studio includes GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPUs and is NVIDIA Studio validated, it promises even greater productivity and dependability.
The new 13-inch Prestige 13 Evo laptop is the lightest in the MSI series, weighing only 990g and made of magnesium aluminum alloy. The Prestige 13 Evo also has a 75Whr large-capacity battery that can last up to 15 hours.
Pricing and availability
The latest top-tier RTX 4080 and 4090 laptops are now available from MSI authorized online and offline resellers. The entire line of laptops will be available in the market by the end of February, with prices starting at INR 58,990. Here’s the price list for various new laptops:
