Airtel has launched 5G services in Pune, Maharashtra. Airtel 5G is currently operational at Koregaon Park, Kalyaninagar, Baner, Hinjewadi, Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Kharadi, Model Colony, Swargate, Pimpri Chinchwad and few other select locations.
This comes after Airtel 5G was launched in Mumbai in October. The company said that it will augment its network, making its services available across the city in due course of time.
Airtel 5G is already available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Siliguri, Nagpur, Varanasi, Panipat, Gurugram, Guwahati, Patna, Lucknow, Shimla, Imphal, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Vizag.
Airtel already announced that its 5G service will be available in all key metros by the end of this year, all of urban India in 2023 and across the country by March 2024. Since the existing Airtel 4G SIM is 5G enabled, no SIM change needed to enjoy 5G services.
