Adipurush Hindi Advance Booking Prabhas starrer sells over 1.5 lakh tickets across National chains
With just a day left for release, things are heating up for the Om Raut directed Adipurush. The Bhushan Kumar production is already touted to be one of the biggest Indian spectacles of the year and the advance bookings speak volumes on why it is the biggest film of the year. Adipurush is looking to close its booking on Wednesday with ticket sales of 1.50 lakh in the three national chains – PVR, Inox and Cinepolis.
PVR leads with 70,000 tickets followed by Inox at 55,000 tickets and finally Cinepolis at 25,000. On the final day of advance, Adipurush is expected to double its number and hit the 3,00,000 mark in national chains alone, setting the base to take one of the biggest openings in the post pandemic world.
The advances for Adipurush in post pandemic times are comparable to select few films, which includes the likes of Pathaan, KGF 2 and Brahmastra, and the Prabhas starrer is competing with the best in post pandemic world, which is always a good space to be in. Adipurush has already surpassed the advance booking of films like Laal Singh Chaddha, Kisi Ka Bhai Ki Jaan, Vikram Vedha, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, RRR, 83, Jug Jug Jeeyo among others.
The next target for Adipurush will be Brahmastra and its the pace tomorrow that will determine where the film lands in the advance booking front in PVR, Inox and Cinepolis. Talking of other places, the advances in mass belts are very good and indicate a big start for this Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan film.
