Samsung India opens largest premium experience store in Telangana
Samsung India has opened its largest premium experience store in Telangana, located at the Inorbit Mall in Hyderabad. The store showcases Samsung’s complete product range, including SmartThings, smartphones, laptops, audio, gaming, and lifestyle televisions.
It also features a Bespoke DIY Customization Zone where customers can personalize their smartphones, tablets, and covers with local Hyderabad-themed accessories.
Galaxy Workshops and Cultural Events
Samsung will organize a series of Galaxy workshops called ‘Learn @ Samsung’ for tech-savvy consumers, with a focus on Gen Z and millennials. These workshops will cover various interests such as digital art, doodling, photography, videography, fitness, cooking, coding, music, and events related to the city’s culture.
Entertainment and Gaming Zone
Spanning over 3,500 sq ft, the store will offer entertainment activities, showcasing the local culture, music, and art. It also includes a dedicated gaming zone featuring premium smart monitors from the Odyssey Ark range, catering to gaming enthusiasts.
Phygital Experience and Digital Services
The store provides a phygital (physical + digital) experience through Samsung’s Store+ endless aisle platform. Customers can explore Samsung’s product portfolio of over 1,200 options, both online and in-store, using a digital kiosk. They can also order products online for home delivery.
Additionally, Samsung Finance+ and Samsung Care+ are available, providing digital lending and device care plans for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. After-sales service and home service calls for consumer electronics products are also offered.
Special Offers and Benefits
Customers visiting the store will receive assured gifts, 2X loyalty points on select Samsung products, and the opportunity to purchase Galaxy Buds2 for Rs. 2,999 with select Galaxy devices during the first week.
Other benefits include student discounts of up to 10% on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches, cashback of up to 22.5%, and additional benefits worth Rs. 22,000.
Location
The store is situated in the new premium wing of Inorbit Mall in Hyderabad’s Cyberabad area, known for its large population of Gen Z and millennials.

We have made some fun areas where people can try things like Samsung SmartThings, Gaming and making their own designs. These areas are for young people who like new things.
We also want to help our young customers learn new skills. We will have ‘Learn @ Samsung’ workshops where they can do things like drawing, taking pictures, making videos, exercising, cooking, coding and music. They can choose what they like to do.
