Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Could Launch in Q3 2023

There were rumours about the Galaxy S22 FE a couple of months back, which said that the phone will replace the Galaxy A74 in 2023. Now, a new report from Korea says that the company is planning to launch the Galaxy S23 FE directly in August or September this year.

The Galaxy S21 FE was supposed to launch in 2021 itself, but it was delayed and was launched only in January 2022. The report says that Samsung has not released the S22 FE last year due to semiconductor shortage and less demand for smartphones towards the end of 2022. It was even rumoured that the Galaxy S FE series would be discontinued.

Introducing the Galaxy S23 FE directly will coincide with other phones in the Galaxy S23 series. It is not clear if Samsung will expand the Galaxy S22 FE launch countries this year.

We still don’t have any specifications of the Galaxy S23 FE. However, it is not expected to be powered Exynos 2300 SoC, so Samsung might move to older Snapdragon SoC like Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, since it has already used the Exynos 2100 in the S21 FE.

We should know more details in the coming months, before the Galay S23 FE launches later this year.
