Redmi Note 11T Pro And Note 11T Pro+ could launch in India as Redmi K50i and K50i Pro

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand introduced the Redmi Note 11T Pro and Note 11T Pro+ smartphones in China earlier this week. Earlier rumours revealed that the phone could launch in other markets outside China as POCO X4 GT.

Now, popular tipster Kacper Skrzypek says that these could be rebranded as POCO X4 GT and POCO X4 GT Pro for the global markets, but these will come to India as Redmi K50i and Redmi K50i Pro.

Both the phones feature a 64MP rear camera. However, the POCO X4 GT Pro and Redmi K50i Pro that will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11T Pro+ will feature a 108MP rear camera.

To remind you, the Mi 10T Lite which was launched for global markets in September 2020 was launched in India as Mi 10i in January 2021. Even though it retained the design and most specifications, the India version featured a 108MP camera compared to a 64MP camera.

The Redmi Note 11T Pro and Note 11T Pro+ feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 144Hz 7-step variable refresh rate, support for DC dimming and Dolby Vision and a 16MP front camera inside the punch-hole.

These are powered by Dimensity 8100 SoC with support for VC liquid cooling, a 64MP rear camera along with a 8MP ultra-wide-angle and a 2MP macro camera. These have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Redmi Note 11T Pro and Pro+ pack 5,080mAh and 4,400mAh batteries, respectively. The former supports 67W wired charging, and the latter supports 120W fast charging with a single cell and Xiaomi Surge P1 chip.

The Redmi Note 11T Pro and Pro+ start at 1699 yuan (US$ 255 / Rs. 19,785 approx.) and 2199 yuan (US$ 330 / Rs. 25,610 approx.), respectively in China. We will have to wait to find out if the pricing will be similar in India.
