OPPO has launched F23 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone in the F series in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, is powered by Snapdragon 695 SoC with 8GB of RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
It runs Android 13 out of the box, with ColorOS 13 on top. OPPO has promised 4 years of Android updates and 5 years of security updates for the phone, which is a first for the segment.
The phone has a 64MP rear camera along with a 2MP camera for portraits and a 2MP micro lens. It has a OPPO Glow Design that has a smooth shimmering surface also stands tough to fingerprints, scratches and wear. The 3D curved back cover fits like a glove in your hand for a comfortable, sure grip, says the company.
It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and comes with 80W charger in the box. The OPPO Battery Health Engine, doubles the battery’s life span to four years or more or 1600 charging cycles, says the company.
