Motorola announced the Moto G52 last month and, as Motorola’s portfolio expands, we can expect another new model with no previous iteration, the Moto G82 5G, to hit the shelves soon. The G82, which would be known today internally as the codename Rhode 5G+, is one of several Rhode-derived devices that have been introduced this year, one of which, Rhode 4G, was introduced as the Moto G52 quite awhile back. Now comes a higher-end mid-ranger, a 6.55-inch Android 12-powered pOLED display (FHD+, 402PPI, 120Hz refresh rate) that encompasses 88% of the device’s screen.

The Moto G82 is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC and will come in three memory configurations: 128GB of internal storage and 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. 5000mAh battery with 33-watt wired Quick Charge and an IP52 rating for water and dust.

The camera specifications are as follows: an optically stabilized 50MP main camera, an 8MP combined wide angle and depth of field camera, a 2MP macro lens, as well as a 16MP selfie on its front. Some other things to look for in the Motorola Moto G82 are 5G connectivity, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
