Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Alan Wake 2 Assassin’s Creed Mirage more gameplays from PlayStation Showcase
Sony at its PlayStation Showcase unveiled exciting content and impressive new game reveals, including a new in-depth preview of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, iconic game franchises like Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil, and sequels to fan favorites like Dragon’s Dogma, Alan Wake and Arizona Sunshine. It also unveiled Project Q, a gaming handheld that streams games from PS5.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
Gameplay reveal and Kraven the Hunter scene from Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 one of the most highly anticipated games of the year, the next instalment in the original Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise will arrive on PlayStation 5 in Fall of 2023.
Alan Wake 2
Gameplay reveals of the Alan Wake 2, a single-player psychological survival horror experience and the sequel to the 2010 and multiple Game of the Year award-winning original game, Alan Wake.
The sequel is built from the ground up to be a true, next-generation experience on PlayStation 5 with stunningly detailed visuals that bring the story, action, and environments to life through Remedy’s Northlight engine.
Alan Wake 2 launches on PlayStation 5 on October 17th, 2023.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage
In the new gameplay trailer of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you will continue to follow the journey of Basim, one of the most versatile and resourceful Assassins in franchise history.
Some new features that can be seen in the gameplay trailer are the Assassin’s Focus, which allows Basim to mark and assassinate several targets in a row.
Throughout the trailer you can see a modern take on the iconic features and gameplay elements that have defined the Assassin’s Creed franchise for over 15 years.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage will release on PlayStation 5 and 4, Windows, Xbox One, Series X and Series S, and Amazon Luna on October 12th, 2023.
Concord
Teaser trailer of Concord, a new PvP multiplayer first-person shooter from Firewalk Studios coming to PS5 and PC next year. Every time you log on is the beginning of a new adventure and every match is an opportunity for a new story. It’s these ideals that define Concord, its unique universe of vibrant worlds, and its rich cast of colorful characters.
Concord will be available for PlayStation 5 and PC in 2024.
Destiny 2: The Final Shape
The Destiny 2, titled The Final Shape, will be the epic conclusion of Destiny’s decade-long Light & Darkness saga. More details will be revealed at Bungie’s Destiny Showcase event. The game arriving on August 22 on PlayStation 5 and 4.
Fairgame$
Fairgame$ from Haven Studios is a competitive, modern heist game where you team up to break into exotic locations and steal the cargo. You not only need to outsmart guards and security systems – you also compete against other teams.
Crews that extract with the most loot and flair might just rise to the top of Fairgame$. It will be available for PS5 & PC soon.
Helldivers 2
Helldivers 2 is a new cooperative shooter that packs in frantic, third-person action against massive enemy mobs.
Helldivers 2 launches on PS5 and PC this year.
Marathon
Marathon, a new sci-fi PvP extraction shooter from Bungie will find players engaging one another as cybernetic mercenaries known as Runners, exploring a lost colony on the planet of Tau Ceti IV in search of riches, fame, and infamy.
Marathon is currently in development for PlayStation 5 and PC, with full cross-play and cross-save.
Street Fighter 6
Street Fighter 6 gets a new Your Story Trailer. “Stories don’t write themselves. Legends do. Step into World Tour with your avatar to meet the legendary characters who will inspire your journey in finding the meaning of true strength,” says the company.
Street Fighter 6 will be available on June 2 on PS5 & PS4.
Final Fantasy XVI
Final Fantasy XVI, all-new mainline entry in the Final Fantasy series, gets a launch trailer – Salvation. In the launch trailer, we see the harsh circumstances faced by the Bearers, those born with the ability to cast magicks at will.
Final Fantasy XVI will be available for PlayStation 5 on June 22.
Ghostrunner 2
Ghostrunner 2 is a sequel to the popular Ghostrunner that takes place one year after the events of the first game. The sequel takes it to the next level with the toughest opponents you’ve ever encountered in a video game, says the company.
Crossfire: Sierra Squad
Crossfire: Sierra Squad is a brand-new arcade-action FPS for PlayStation VR2 that will release soon. In the game you are the leader of an elite paramilitary fireteam within the Global Risk organization facing an unexpected skirmish with the rival Black List organization.
