LG Electronics has introduced its latest LG XBOOM’, portable party speakers equipped with a built-in battery, designed for group gatherings and outdoor events. With its powerful sound and mobility, it’s perfect for indoor and outdoor settings such as party rooms, dance studios, workshops, and outdoor concert halls.
One of the key features of the LG XBOOM is its built-in battery, allowing continuous play for up to 20 hours at 50% volume, without sound field and lighting effects. It’s designed for easy portability with a convenient handle and wheels, similar to a travel carrier. Additionally, it has an IPX4 rating, providing protection against water exposure.
The LG XBOOM XL7 delivers impressive sound quality with its 2.1 channel system, reaching a maximum power output of 250W. It includes two tweeters for high frequencies and a large 8-inch woofer for rich low-pitched sounds like drums and bass guitar. The LG XBOOM XL5, on the other hand, offers 200W of power and up to 12 hours of battery life.
By using the LG XBOOM app on your mobile device, you can customize the woofer lights to match the music beat or display text and character animations (up to 40 characters) with the pixel lights on top of the speaker. This creates a fun party atmosphere.
You can easily connect your mobile device via USB or Bluetooth to enjoy your favorite music with powerful sound. Additionally, by connecting a microphone or guitar, you can enhance your events or busking performances.

Pricing and availability
The LG XBOOM XL7 Portable Tower Speaker is priced at USD 499.99 (Rs. 41,020 approx.), while the LG XBOOM XL5 is priced at USD 349.99 (Rs. 28,710 approx.).
It is already available for purchase in the U.S. via LG Stores and partner retailers. It is also available in Korea and several countries.
