Lava Agni 2 5G 6.78″ FHD+ 120Hz curved AMOLED display, Dimensity 7050 launched for Rs. 21999
Lava just launched the Agni 2 5G, the company’s latest 5G smartphone in the Agni series, as it had promised. The phone has a 6.78″ FHD+ dual curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, which the company says is the first in the segment. The screen has 2.3mm bottom bezel and has a screen to body ratio of 93.65%.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC which has similar specifications as the Dimensity 1080. The phone also has 3rd Gen 2900mm² Vapour Chamber cooling technology and X-Axis Linear Motor Haptics. It has a matte finish Viridian colour double reinforced glass protection.
It has support for 13 5G bands, has 8GB of RAM + 8GB of virtual RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone runs Android 13 without any bloatware, and the company has confirmed 2 Android updates and 3 years of security updates for the phone.
It has a 50MP Quad Camera comes with the segment first 1.0-micron (1um) pixel sensor, which captures more light and richer details, says the company.
The phone packs a 4700mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging that can charge up to 50% in 16 minutes, which the company says is the fastest in the segment.

The Lava Agni 2 5G is priced at Rs. 21,999 and will be available from Amazon.in from May 24th.
The company offers Agni Mitra service offering Free Replacement at Home for Agni 2 users. With this industry first approach, during the warranty period, the phone will be replaced in any scenario of hardware issues. Each customer will be supported with a dedicated personal ‘Agni Mitra’ to resolve their issues on priority.
