iQOO Z7i Dimensity 700 Shows Up in Google Play Console

A recent Google Play Console has has shed light on another iQOO Z7 series, phone iQOO Z7i with the Dimensity 700 processor.

This suggests that the company is actively developing its next flagship lineup, with the leaked model likely to be the foundation for the entire series.

The upcoming iQOO’s Z7i, which goes by the model number vivo PD2230, has recently been listed on Google Play Console certification. This listing has provided a glimpse of the device’s front-side renders and basic specifications.

Powering the iQOO Z7i is the Dimensity 700 chipset, an entry-level system-on-chip from MediaTek that operates on a 7nm manufacturing process. It boasts a 2x Cortex-A76 Performance Cores (clocked @2.2GHz) and 6x Cortex-A55 Energy-Efficient Cores (clocked @2.0GHz).

In terms of the display, the smartphone features a V-shaped notch display that supports HD+ resolution (720x1600p) and 320 DPI (Density per Inch). It also comes equipped with 8GB of RAM and runs on the latest Android 13 OS.

Based on the specifications, it appears that the iQOO Z7i is an entry-level model and may be launched as the base variant in the iQOO Z7 lineup. It’s expected that there will be a total of three models in this lineup: iQOO Z7i, iQOO Z7 (standard), and iQOO Z7 Pro.

Currently, there is no official news on the release of the iQOO Z7i, but it’s anticipated to launch in the coming months. The iQOO Z7 5G is scheduled to debut in India on March 21.
