iQOO Pad 12.1″ 2.8K 144Hz display, Dimensity 9000+, up to 12GB RAM to be announced on May 23
iQOO has confirmed the launch of iQOO Pad, the first iQOO tablet in China along with the iQOO Neo8 series on May 23rd. The has posted a video that shows the tablet’s metal body, Dimensity 9000+ SoC, connector at the back for the keyboard dock, and dual rear cameras with LED flash.
According to leaker Digital Chat Station, it will have almost similar specifications as the vivo Pad 2 which was introduced last month. This packs a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD panel with 144Hz refresh rate, has a 13MP main camera, 2MP macro camera, 8MP selfie camera on the front and a 10000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.
It should also support stylus. Online listing reveals 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB models for the tablet.
The vivo Pad2 was launched starting at 2399 yuan (US$ 341 / Rs. 28,170 approx.) for 8GB + 128GB model, but this is said to be cheaper. We should know more details when it goes official next week.
