iQOO 11 Series World’s First E6 AMOLED 144Hz LTPO Display 1440Hz PWM Dimming

iQOO already confirmed the launch of iQOO 11 series smartphones – iQOO 11 and iQOO 11 Pro on December 2nd. It already confirmed 2K E6 AMOLED LTPO 144Hz refresh rate display with 1440Hz PWM dimming and 200W fast charging. Today, the company has detailed the display specs.

iQOO said that the iQOO 11 series will be the world’s first to use 2K 144Hz E6 AMOLED screen. The display offers local peak brightness of 1800 nits. It also supports XDR Engine, uses self-developed screen color accuracy algorithm, JNCD≈0.26, and reduces power consumption by 13% compared to E5 screen.

Both the iQOO 11 series phones support 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, which we had seen in vivo X90 Pro+. iQOO said that it uses self-developed LTPO high-refresh technology, which can enable 60Hz and 120Hz, two refresh rates on one screen at the same time, but it looks like this won’t work in the highest 2K 144Hz mode.

Leaker Digital Chat Station says that the vivo / iQOO will release phones with 1080p E5 flat screen in next two mid-range phones, and also plans to release new mid-range phones with 1.5K screen.

The iQOO 11 series will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5X RAM. Both the models feature self-developed chip V2 chip. The iQOO 11 should get 120W fast charging and a 5000mAh battery, and the iQOO 11 Pro will feature 200W fast charging.

We should know more details about the iQOO 11 series in the coming days, before the phones are introduced later this week.
