NTR Jr is all set to make his big Bollywood debut. The RRR star has been handpicked to lock horns with Hrithik Roshan in the much anticipated second instalment of the 2019 action thriller War.
Although an official announcement is yet to be made, trade analysts have confirmed that the two superstars will be sharing screen space for the first time ever in the film directed by Ayan Mukherji. While Jr NTR’s team refused to either “confirm or deny” the news, we learnt from a reliable source that the actor has been brought on-board the project that’ll mark his Bollywood debut.
“Yes, it’s true. Tarak will lock horns with Hrithik in the next instalment of War. Their face-off will be epic and one to watch out for. The idea is to create an appeal for the film across the country, especially in the south,” the source tells us, adding, “Jr NTR was excited to be on-board because the role and film will be an exciting addition to his filmography. The sequel is expected to be bigger and better than the first one. ”
Does this mean Jr NTR’s character will be added to the ‘spyverse’ which also consists of the Tiger Zinda Hai series and Pathaan? “It’s too early to talk about any of that, so you’ll have to wait and watch. All we can say is that it’ll be one to remember,” said the source.
