Google has announced that applications for the next class of the Google for Startups Accelerator: India program for startups focused on AI and machine learning are now being accepted. This is a three-month, equity-free accelerator program in India for Seed to Series A technology startups.
According to the company, the accelerator brings the best of Google’s programs, products, people, and technology to Indian tech startups leveraging AI, ML, or data. Furthermore, Google reaffirmed its commitment to assisting startups seeking to capitalize on the potential of AI and ML integration in these transformative technologies.
Google for Startups Accelerator: India – Eligibility, Application and Uses
In terms of eligibility, Google states that it is looking for Indian startups that are using AI and ML to solve complex problems and tackle the toughest challenges in their industry. Startups that meet the following requirements may apply:
- Startups working across different sectors either using or planning to use AI/ML or data
- Startups based in India
- Preferably between Seed to Series A stages
The chosen startups will be mentored and supported in the areas of AI/ML, Cloud, UX, Android, web, product strategy, and growth. Furthermore, the accelerator will offer deep dives and workshops on product design, customer acquisition, and the development of founders’ leadership.
