Dell And Intel Launch AI Skills Lab in Telangana
Dell Technologies and Intel have joined forces to integrate Intel’s ‘AI for Youth’ program into the curriculum of Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology, Telangana.
The aim of this collaboration is to demystify AI for the next generation of students and bridge the digital skills gap, making them industry-ready.
Empowering Future-Ready Youth with Comprehensive AI Readiness Program
Through this partnership with Intel, Lords Institute introduces a comprehensive AI readiness program designed to empower students with AI skills for the future. The program focuses on training selected teachers and offering over 170 hours of AI curriculum, including bootcamps, AI-Thons, and virtual showcases.
The collaboration aims to establish an AI Skills lab on campus, equipped with Dell Optiplex technology, enabling students to work on computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), OpenVINO, and Intel’s Neural Compute Stick 2.
The lab will foster the development of innovative projects in NLP, computer vision, and statistical data analytics, with the potential for real-time societal impact.
Expanding the AI-Ready Student Community
As AI continues to evolve, the program will grow and adapt, providing updated training sessions and workshops to Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology in Telangana.
Dell and Intel intend to expand their collaboration with more educational institutions across India, creating a community of AI-ready students who are well-prepared to tackle future challenges.
