Samsung India has revamped its flagship store, the Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru, by adding new technology experiences and a Starbucks café. Visitors can now experience Samsung’s complete range of products, including smart living, gaming, audio, home theater, and lifestyle TVs, all connected with SmartThings, while enjoying a cup of coffee.
Samsung Opera House gets a Starbucks, Bangalore
Samsung India has opened a new 70-seater Starbucks outlet within its flagship store, the Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru. The opening event included a coffee-tasting session, a friends and family event and a music performance. The new Starbucks offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and aims to provide a complete and enjoyable experience that appeals to young customers.

Samsung Opera House, Bangalore
The Samsung Opera House, opened in 2018 in Bengaluru, is a hub for innovation, lifestyle, entertainment and culture. It features events in the plaza area throughout the year, and has hosted over 1,000 events since its opening, including Galaxy workshops on photography, doodling, video-editing, TED talks, fashion shows, baking workshops, movie screenings, and more. Recently, the Opera House celebrated its fourth anniversary with a Korean K-fiesta.
Today, the Samsung Opera House is a popular destination for the city’s Gen Z and millennials, who are looking for exciting tech-enabled experiences and entertainment. Visitors can experience gaming, powerful audio at the Home Theater zone, and pick up culinary skills at in-house Chef’s kitchen workshops while enjoying coffee.
The company announced that in 2023, the experience center will host events in the newly renovated outdoor space that focuses on digital art, culture, music, and technology, to inspire consumers to create and learn.
The Samsung Opera House also includes a fully-functional customer service center and personalization counter where consumers can customize their phone skins and engrave covers.
Speaking at the event, JongBum Park, President and CEO, Samsung Southwest Asia, said,
Consumers, especially the Gen Z and millennials, have come to love Samsung Opera House over the last four years. Now, we are taking the experience here a notch higher with brand new experiences such as a Connected Living zone, a Gaming Arena, Home Theatre zone among others. We are really excited to add a Starbucks store to this experience, bringing together two great passion points of youth – technology and coffee.
